Existing essential/important entities had to register within four weeks of entry into force (Art. 26 CSG) via the Stabsstelle's online form; new entities register without delay (Art. 7 CSG).
- Incident reporting
- Significant incidents to Stabsstelle Cyber-Sicherheit: early warning within 24h, notification within 72h, final report within one month (Art. 6 CSG).
- National specifics
- The CSG's formal reference to Directive 2022/2555 (Art. 2(1)(a)) enters into force only with the EEA Joint Committee decision incorporating NIS2.
