Terms of sale

1. Seller
Parendum OÜ, registry code 00000000, Tallinn, Estonia (hello@parendum.com).
2. Business customers only
The compliance kits are sold only to businesses, never to consumers. By purchasing you confirm that you act on behalf of a business and that the tax details you provide are correct.
- UAE PDPL Readiness Kit: businesses registered for VAT in the United Arab Emirates. Invoiced without Estonian VAT; the customer accounts for UAE VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
- NIS2 Readiness Kit: businesses established in the European Union. Customers in Estonia are charged Estonian VAT. Customers in other member states must provide a valid VAT number and are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
3. What you buy
A one-off licence, at the price shown at checkout, to download and use within your organisation a gap assessment report and a set of document templates generated from the answers you gave. You may edit and adapt the documents for your own business. You may not resell or redistribute them.
4. Not legal advice
The kits are automated self-assessments and templates. They are not legal advice or an audit, do not examine your systems or contracts, and their accuracy depends on your answers. Laws and their implementing rules change; you are responsible for reviewing the documents, ideally with a qualified lawyer, before relying on them.
5. Delivery
Documents are generated and made available for download immediately after payment, through a private link.
6. Refunds
If a kit is materially defective, or you bought it by mistake, write to hello@parendum.com within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a kit is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including regulatory fines or lost business.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. The courts of Harju County have jurisdiction.
